The process is quite simple. Whether you received my name and number from a referral, advertising, or my website, the first step is to contact me to set up a consultation, which is free. After our initial meeting, depending on the scale of the job, it may be necessary to meet several more times to complete the process. I am more than willing to meet at the distributor of your choice to go over tile selections and design. If desired, a consultation with a preferred designer I use can be arranged through me. After the tile and other materials have been selected and an accepted and a signed estimate has been received, the tile is ordered. A twenty to twenty five percent discount is applied if the selected tile is ordered under my business account at the tile distributor. Once the tile is in then I will schedule a solid date and time to begin the project. Depending on the scale of the job, a deposit may or may not be required for materials and labor. Upon completion of the job full payment is required. A two week grace period is acceptable if necessary.
